About Mansfield PALS

The mission of Mansfield PALS is to serve as a village for parents and families and to create a space that supports kids in their development, as if they were our own.

As parents ourselves, we know how important a village is to raising children, and in many ways, our business is really about creating community. We believe when parents are supported, families are strong and kids will thrive. Each member of the Mansfield PALS team supports this, playing a central role in bringing to life the type of daycare and community we believe every child and family deserves.

Foundational to achieving our mission is to provide high-quality, full-time childcare. Mansfield PALS is a ~30 student daycare center established in 2022 by Kevin McIsaac (Owner), Amy McIsaac (Owner), and Kristen Maddaloni (Director). All three members of the leadership team are deeply passionate about the vision outlined above. Kevin has a background in corporate finance, Amy has a background in public service, and Kristen has 25+ years of experience in childcare.
